Pattaya Kelappu

Singer: Ananthu
Lyrics: Vairamuthu

This composition is completely filled with pleasing tape beats sang by Ananthu who had spread special energy to the song along with backing vocal support of Benny Dayal. Even though the song starts with usual feel, then it proceeds with folk style along with strings and Nadaswaram and so on the whole, it looks like a rock and folk fusion. Nadaswaram gives full support and energy to the song. Overall, it’s a usual template introduction song.

Singer : Haricharan
Lyrics : Vairamuthu

This composition is a typical melody song that fills everyone’s mood with romance. Haricharan, as usual, scored his version with ease by conveying the emotions perfectly. The violin interludes are extremely delicate and as well guitar leads the track gracefully. The gorgeousness of Keerthi Suresh has been explained elegantly with the proceeding violin, guitar, and whistle background scores. On the whole, this song is a breezy romantic one which makes the thumbs up.

Azhagiya Soodana Poovey

Singer : Vijay Narain, Dharshana KT
Lyrics : Vairamuthu

This composition is a perfect Santhosh Narayana Version which is a funky track that charms the minds while hearing. It’s completely a combination of EDM elements whereas at some points he had played with jazz-based sax and violin which gives strength to the song. The singers Vijay Narain and Dharshana had completely conveyed the feel which is needed for the song. The lyrics of Vairamuthu enthralls the heart and so, it makes the thumbs up.

Varalaam varalaam va

Tamil Rap Verses : Arunraja Kamaraj
English Rap Verses : Roshan Jamrock

This song has been already featured in the teaser and so it had been registered in most of our minds. Yet, this seems as a new crown for Arunraja Kamaraj who has been setting some appealing theme since Nerupu da. English Rap is a part of complete perfection by Roshan Jamrock. On the whole, it’s a powerful song which makes the thumbs up.

Papa Papa

Singers : Ilayathalapathy Vijay and Priyadharshini
Lyrics : Vairamuthu

This is a power pack composition which is a blend of Tamil folk rhythm instruments and western rock instruments. The bass guitar takes the song to a new level in which Vijay’s voice looks like a complement. On the whole, it’s a treat to Vijay fans.

Overall, It’s a commercial entertaining album from Santhosh Narayanan which is a little heartwarming.

Stay tuned to for further refreshes.
