At the end of the year, Mo reached the heart’s of the people with harmless horror entertainment without big advertisements.

Three fraudsters named Dev (Suresh Ravi), Sathish (Ramesh Thilak) and Kumar (Darbuka Siva) used to cheat peoples for money using illegal methods. Later, they tend to use the new idea for looting the money by using the fear of ghost. Along with this gang, a amakeup artist Joseph Chellapa (Ramdoss) and junior artist Priya (Aishwarya Rajesh) joined their hands in helping them to create a fake female spirit.

Shortly, a real estate business man caught them red handed and threatened them for cheating the peoples. He asked them for a favor for hiding this truth. They accepted his deal and went for fulfilling the assignment he gave. But unfortunately, they got some unexpected experiences and they were subjected to encounter some unknown spirit. To know what happened at the end, just watch it in the big screens.

Mo is one of the horror comedy flick that worked out well in this 2016. Comedy worked out well and had made it as a non-dangerous fun flick. After few scenes, the film is filled with fun and the main intention is to make everyone laugh. To be clear, the intention of the makers have been fulfilled. The script and the timing and talented comedy gives the best to the movie.

latest tamil movie mo review

The main theme of the movie is between reel and “real ghosts”. Even though, we have seen this type of story in other films, reel ghost takes the large shares and make us engaged in the whole movie because of the content that is due to fun and comedy.

To look at the cons of the movie, the film is very lengthy in the second part and in the climax, making out fun fails because of the huge expectation and build up.

A big thanks to Bhuvan as he didn’t deviated from the main story. Even, there is a leading heroine in the movie, there is no love angles. The film so clean without glamour and sleaze so that whole family can watch and enjoy the movie together. Only one song and that too used in the right situation. As it is a horror movie, director should have added some of the twists and surprises. Cinematographer have done a commendable job. Everyone is adequate for their roles. On the whole, it’s a typical fun filled family admiring horror movie.
